The Space:

The main level is open plan with hardwood floors and area rugs. The kitchen has knotty pine cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a peninsula with bar seating. A sliding glass door opens to the rear deck with water views. The dining table seats six under a chandelier.



The living room has a wood-burning brick fireplace and a television. A bay window with a built-in seat faces the front yard.



Two bedrooms each have a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Two full bathrooms each have a tub and shower and a single vanity. Central air conditioning. Washer and dryer in unit.



The rear deck overlooks the yard and Goose Creek with seating for six, Adirondack chairs, a Weber gas grill, and a fire pit. The lawn runs to the water, where a private dock accommodates boats up to 25 feet. An outdoor shower is on the property. Attached two-car garage.



Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities

Outdoor amenities, including patio furniture and grills, are typically stored between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. Contact us with questions about specific amenities during your stay dates.

•Primary renter must be 25 or older

•Standard pet fee of $218 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.

•No smoking

• For stays of 21 days or more, utility expenses, including electricity and gas/oil charges, will be calculated based on the actual duration of the guest's stay upon receipt of the utility bills from the Owner.

• For reservations of 29 nights or more, a refundable deposit will be collected prior to arrival. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Self check-in. A garage door keypad code and main-house entry instructions are provided before arrival. Full private access to the home, deck, yard, dock, and kayaks. On-site driveway parking.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance



Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement. A property damage protection policy is included with the booking. This policy covers incidental damage to the home during the stay. It does not cover trip cancellation due to illness or other personal reasons. A refundable security deposit is collected prior to arrival for longer term stays. Report any incidents promptly.
