As you enter the miner’s cottage you will find three spacious bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed with two built in wardrobes with ample storage. The second bedroom has a comfortable single bed with a trundle. (Also available for this room in a portacot if you are bringing a baby). The third room has a comfortable queen bed with storage draws. Each room is heated with a separate column heater.

Further down this hallway you will find a beautifully renovated bathroom with an original cast iron bath! From here you step up to the rest of the house with a large, spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room, this is very rare in the Bendigo market! The lounge room has a large Smart TV connected to WIFI so enjoy your favourite shows on Netflix! The country kitchen with European island marble bench offers a full sized fridge, microwave, gas oven and cook top. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. We also have available a child’s booster/high chair. The main area is heated with a split system that is extremely effective in keeping everyone warm through the coldest Victorian months, or cool when the summer days are at their peak.

You will also find a separate modern laundry with a washing machine and basin. A separate toilet is also beside the laundry which is a great bonus if someone else is using the main bathroom.

You will find beautiful double glazed windows and doors at the rear of the property where you can step down to a paved seating area. Enjoy the sunset as it comes down on a warm summers afternoon.
