This super-sized recently renovated family home is your perfect choice if you are looking to get away with sport team, extended family and friends.

Set on 10 acres of farm, it offers a peaceful environment with stunning mountain views, only 5 minutes drive to New Plymouth.

For summer entertainment, there's also a sundrenched pool area with an outdoor pool.

La Ferme New Plymouth is a very tidy, spacious 390 m2 house on 3 levels with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 living areas. You will also have access to the basement / game room with a 70 inches TV, a pool table, table tennis, and football table allowing easy access to a fenced swimming pool.

Three bedrooms are set up with king-size beds, one bedroom has 4 singles and one has 2 singles.
If you are more than 14 guests, we will open a 6th bedroom with 4 singles. We also have extra mattresses available. The beds range from hard, medium to soft to suit everyone. Bedding / linen are provided.

There are 2 lounges providing enough space to ensure everyone can have their own space.

The full-sized kitchen with open plan dining has everything you need with plenty of utensils for a large group, there is also a BBQ available for you to enjoy.

This house is set on a permaculture site. Feel free to forage for herbs, fruits, and vegetables and interact with the various animals on the farm (ponies, sheep, and chickens).

La Ferme New Plymouth offers easy access to central New Plymouth, its beaches, and 5 minutes from the Lake Mangamahoe Mountain Bike park, which also offers walking and horseriding tracks.
It's also only a 15 minutes drive to Egmont National Park and the North Egmont Visitor Centre. This is the starting point for the Pouakai Crossing and the Mt Taranaki Summit track.

This family home offers all the comfort you need, including WiFi, 3 TVs, Chromecast, heat pump, washing machine, BBQ, coffee machine, outdoor furniture, and swimming pool. The paddocks are used for horse riding, grazing alpacas, and cows.

For group bigger than 14 people we will open the bedroom 6 which has 5 single beds and mattresses.

Game room/lounge 3 can have as many mattresses as you need if you are more than 18 people. The game room ( pool table / table tennis / TV is available but please supervise children.
