While they came to the property multiple times trying to get hot water, it required additional repair that could not be completed during your stay. - The pest control service was part of routine maintenance to ensure the property remains pest-free. They only treated the basement area to minimize any disruption. - We apologize for the difficulty you had in locating the property and the inconvenience caused by the back porch light. - There were electrical issues due to a recent lightning strike. The breaker box has since been replaced and all lights and fans are working. - We are sorry to hear about your fall and your husband's injury. The caretaker was informed about the missed step but not the injuries; otherwise, we would have tried to make it right during your stay. - The entire deck was recently replaced and meets safety standards. -The refrigerator has been inspected and replacements are being made. - We take pride in providing accurate representations of our property through professional photos.
