The Space:

As soon as you step inside, you'll be welcomed by a spacious living room with a large sectional sofa and an array of board games. Whether you want to relax and unwind or play a game with your friends and family, you'll find plenty of entertainment options.

The kitchen is a foodie's delight, with its spacious design and a breakfast bar with stools. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll have everything you need to cook and serve your meals in style.

This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, each offering a comfortable and cozy sleeping experience. Two bedrooms are fitted with king-sized beds, perfect for a restful night's sleep, while the third bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom has a television, so you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies privately.

The hallway bathroom is shared by two of the bedrooms. It features a tub-shower combo, perfect for washing up after a long day exploring the local area. The primary en-suite bathroom is a true oasis with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower.

When it's time to step outside, you'll be greeted by a sprawling backyard with something for everyone. There's a deck with a bar-b-que pit and rockers and a giant Connect Four. For the kids, there's a playset with swings and a slide that they're sure to love. There's even a private hot tub partially fenced by a privacy fence for the ultimate relaxation.

You will also have access to a washer and dryer during your stay, so you won't have to worry about packing too much or running out of clean clothes. With its spacious design, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home is the perfect getaway for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Pet fees & rules:

We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.

-Pet fee(s) of $115 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.

-Please check the weight limit and max number allowed for this unit.

-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.

-A separate pet waiver must be signed.

-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

1. Check-in instructions, house rules, and property addresses will be sent 72 and 8 hours before arrival.

2. Not all homes have cable; consider setting up a streaming account in advance.

3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place on a regular basis, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
