It’s also great to hear you were able to take full advantage of the Bay Watch facilities — they really do offer a fantastic range of amenities, and we’re happy you found them clean and enjoyable. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the housekeeping and linen service. While many guests prefer the drop-off style of linens, we understand that having to make the beds yourself isn't ideal for everyone. We’ll also pass along your notes about the lack of dish towels and bath mats, as well as the need for a deeper clean in certain areas — especially around the washer/dryer and refrigerator — to our housekeeping team.
