Whilst you can sit back and enjoy these beautiful views you can also enjoy swimming, fishing, boating and much more! A bonus about this home is you have your own private jetty as well.
The property has the following layout:
Enter through the rear of the property where you have plenty of parking spaces inside of this secured yard. There is also plenty of space to keep a boat.

Walk up the stairs onto the large rear deck where you will find outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ.

Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
This area is light and bright and let’s not forget to mention about the breathtaking views.

Living area has plenty of seating areas, large TV, wood fire (please note the owners supply a starter kit from the start of May until the end of September – please bring along your own fire wood if you wish to use this) and a split system heating and cooling.
Open up the windows and enjoy the breeze this is what holidays are all about!
Glass sliding doors leading outside onto the decked entertaining area. What a perfect space to sit back and relax – don’t forget to pack the wine!

Kitchen has electric cooking, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and much more!

Master Bedroom is located on the water side of the property you will love waking up to this beautiful view.
Queen size bed, built in robes and a ceiling fan.

Second living area with a TV, plenty of seating areas, boards games, and plenty of books. This room has glass sliding doors leading out onto the deck. Split system heating and cooling.

The other Bathroom has a shower and toilet in the one room.
