You are going to love this property!! Check out Yacht Club Villas #3-103 for your next vacation at the beach and you will want to come back year after year! This thoughtfully decorated 3BR/3BA is great for families, golfers or whatever you are here for. This spacious property has a King in one of the primary bedrooms, 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen in the 3rd bedroom. All of the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a great breakfast bar overlooking the dining and living rooms. There is a large living room area that has a great view of the Waterway and Marina. Relax on the spacious patio which overlooks the lawn by the marina. In the summer season, you can watch the fireworks at Barefoot Landing from the property every Monday night.

The North Tower Pool is only a short walk away and this is the largest pool in South Carolina. There is also a grill area located between buildings 2 and 3 if you like to cook out. Yacht Club Villas is located in Barefoot Resort which is right across the Waterway from Barefoot Landing which has lots of restaurants, shops and attractions. Check out Alabama Theater, House of Blues, Alligator Adventure, Lulu's and much more! There is so much to do here you will have to come back often.

The beach is located about a mile away. If you want to drive yourself, there is free beach parking nearby or you can take the free shuttle that runs every hour in the Summer Season. Ask us for more details.

There are also 4 Championship Golf Courses on the property if you like to golf. Let us know if you need tee times and we will contact the GolfMasters to set up your times. Golf at the Norman, Dye, Love or Fazio Course or one of the many other courses in the area.

Softball Tournament Sanctuary

We were in town for my daughter’s last ever softball tournament where the days can be got and long. This condo was better than I expected from the listing. It was spacious, so well decorated and very clean located right on the river and close to all the great places to eat. We looked forward to getting back each day to cool off, swim in the pool or take a short drive to the beach. I would definitely stay here again! BTW, we WON the tournament!

Great location,great pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was very convenient to barefoot landing which was great place to eat and hang out. Pool is fu,convenient and clean. Floor was dirty in condo and dried blood on sheets in one room. We called and management was responsive by sending new sheets and women to clean floors who did so quickly but when wiping some water off floor shortly after I found they were still black. They need better cleaning practices. Floor has to be cleaned with a better mop. Also vacuumed better. When reclining chair alot of debris was seen underneath.

I was very impressed with all that was provided for us. The storage was incredible and the space provided us with comfort and we never felt on top of each other. We came in April and unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best as it had been during our previous Myrtle beach stays and the pool not being heated will likely deter us from staying at one of these units again.
