The house is perfect for the ultimate family get away and reunion! The six bedrooms and three baths allow plenty of room for all generations. Two full kitchens will make vacation a breeze for those who love to cook, and those who need an extra fridge! There are two large living spaces and ample space for all in your party. After a long day at the beach you can enjoy an outdoor hot and cold shower before you head upstairs to the oversized screened-in porch. Also, for your enjoyment are rocking chairs, a hammock, and a porch swing to take in the ocean breeze all day long! The large corner lot is highlighted by a beautiful Live Oak tree (with a swing!). Plenty of room for basketball, corn-hole, ping pong, wiffle ball, ring toss and even pickleball! Enjoy movies on the multiple TV's, games, and puzzles, perfect for those rainy summer days.

This home is equipped with high-speed encrypted WIFI, Cable TVs, DVD, Central AC/Heat (each floor has a dedicated unit/thermostat), ceiling fans, gas grill, 2 enclosed outside showers with hot and cold water, covered stairs, covered parking. (a high-chair, pack-n-play, and dog crate are also available).

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Beach Gear Included - Rental includes $250 of Beach Gear Credit per week. Enjoy having VayKLife deliver to your property beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles, boogie boards, and more for stays from 5-21 nights.

Shorter Stays may be available last minute.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
