Located at 9 Binnacle Court, the home is perfectly suited to entertaining family and friends while soaking up dazzling sunsets, cool summer breezes and the peaceful canal setting. There's always Yamba

There was swimming, beaches, fishing, birds, frogs, icecream, bike riding, Iluka and even shops and lazing. Something for everyone.

Fantastic

Amazing house! Can’t beat the pool on the canal and a little beach area where the pontoon is. Great table outside for bbqs and inside. Kitchen had everything. Main bedroom is massive. Kids and adults had a great time! Pub is 10min walk away. Beach/town is a 5 min drive. Great location.

Yamba Sandy shores

House is in a beautiful location However upon arrival we realised the house wasn’t cleaned very well, bread crumbs all over kitchen bench, hadn’t even been wiped A bowl with chips still in it, tiles needed a vaccum with sand thru out Mould in aircons units, and en-suite! main bed is broken with slats and a piece of timber underneath holding the bed, mattress is collapsed on both sides which makes for a horrible sleep Single bed in 3rd room slats keep falling out during the night ever time you turned Ended up spending 2 hours cleaning properly throughout the house after arrival Overall its in a beautiful spot but I doubt the owners would know of the poor upkeep of the house Needs a real good clean and tidy up Photos are out of date

Hi Todd, Very disappointed to hear that you had these issues on your arrival at the property, if you had contacted the office we would have attended to all these issues for you immediately. I believe you requested an early check in and our cleaner did have to rush to allow you into the property three hours early after the previous guests late departure. Rather a strong statement to suggest that the owners should be aware of the poor upkeep of the property. Didn’t meet our expectations

We booked for 2 weeks but only stayed 1 week as we cancelled our remaining holiday due to too many issues. The cleanliness of the property did not meet our expectations at all. - the discription listed on the property site was not accurate. -there were many misleading photos on the website (boat ramp cracked and barely usable, mould in bathrooms, bed frames broken in many rooms, all dinning chairs and bar stools needed to be replaced as they were unsafe to be sat on) - Handyman entered property without our permission as we’re were not notified earlier to there entry. *Real estate Manager Courtney was good to deal with but property agent Tiffany ignored most of our concerns and correspondence*

Hi Cadence, We are quite surprised by your review of Sandy Shores considering when you left the property three months ago both yourself and your husband were extremely appreciative and thankful for all the staff and the owner of the property had done for you. Firstly lets be clear that at no time during your stay did you have complaints about the standard of cleaning, your only issues were maintenance of which some required immediate attention and others were so minor as to not even effect your stay. All your issues were attended to immediately by both Tiffany, Courtney and the owner of the property who also authorized a full refund to you both for the second week of your stay. I am sure you remember this as you were both extremely thankful with the result. I find your exaggerated review of both the property and the staff three months after your holiday to be quite negligent and all staff that were involved with you during your stay are surprised by your delayed reaction to matters that were resolved to a standard that you were both happy with. We do appreciate feedback on our properties and are happy to attend to all manners of complaints and maintenance and at all times we treat our guests in a fair and respectful manner and only ask that you do the same.
