There is one bedroom on the main level which is quite helpful for those that find stairs a challenge. On the floor below you will find additional bedrooms and multiple full bathrooms. On the top level there is an additional full bathroom with an adjoining bedroom and connected kids room.

Another wonderful amenity is the lower level deck that is lit with a number of bistro lights that make it enjoyable for use both day and night. There is additional seating and it is set up with a cornhole set for groups and families to enjoy some friendly competition.

Without a doubt this home is a perfect blend comfort, style, and location. Sitting just moments from downtown Dundee, Newberg is just 5 minutes to the north with McMinnville sitting about 15 minutes to the south.
