We had a lovely summer stay in Haute-Nendaz, enjoying plenty of walking with spectacular scenery (and some alpen horn music). The penthouse is very close to a passenger funicular which takes you to the foot of the Tracouet cable car, so I imagine it would be quite easy to access the ski area in winter. The Wednesday market was a nice surprise and our teens loved the village's outdoor swimming pool.
The penthouse was ideal for us - very clean, spacious and well furnished and we appreciated having use of all the appliances. We're used to renting apartments in France, so it was a lovely surprise to find essentials like washing-up liquid and toilet paper already there for us, and also having mugs and a kettle as we've stayed in places where there are only tiny coffee cups and a coffee machine.
Yannick was very pleasant and carefully explained details about the lift and how to return the keys as we left early on the Friday morning.
We would definitely recommend the penthouse to friends - it really is as good as it looks on the website. We had a great holiday with easy communications and no stress!
The Penthouse was spotless and exceeded our expectations. Chris is very helpful and quick to respond. Booking through to key collection was hassle free. We had a great week skiing and thoroughly enjoyed cooking and relaxing in the apartment in an evening and watching the Ice Hockey from the balcony!
I am sure we will book again as the location is perfect, easily accessible by car and Nendaz offers a great range of restaurants when you're too tired to cook!

A luxurious well maintained apartment with easy access to the ski slopes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. A great network of slopes and lifts, with minimum queuing. Some of the restaurants are a little expensive, but once the log fire is blazing it seems a shame to go out, so we chose to cook our own food for a few nights. We only used the hire car twice. One trip from the airport and one back, so it would have been quite possible to have managed without a car. All in all we had a great time and would certainly return to the Penthouse for another holiday!
L'appartement était conforme à la description : vaste et confortable. L'aspect ouvert du salon/salle-à-manger/cuisine était apprécié et donnait une impression d'espace... La literie était bonne. Les balcons, surtout celui donnant sur le tennis. étaient les bienvenus et permettaient une "avant-soirée" ensoleillée. Nous avons apprécié des deux étages, permettant de séparer les enfants des adultes. Nendaz en été est une bonne option pour les amoureux de la montagne : de multitude de balades, bisses, etc. sont possibles depuis la station ou depuis Siviez. Et il y a du soleil jusqu'en soirée, ce qui n'est pas le cas d'autres stations. Petit regret, pour les francophones que nous sommes : aucune chaîne télé dans la langue du canton :o(. Ce serait sans doute une bonne idée d'en câbler au moins 2 ou 3, à partir du moment où des vacanciers d'une autre langue que l'anglais viennent séjourner au penthouse. Sinon, de très bonnes vacances, avec une météo superbe cet été 2015 !

A spacious, clean and well maintained property with very convenient location for access to the ski slopes, local amenities and restaurants. The ski network is excellent. After a day on the slopes followed by the après ski, the apartment is a great place to retreat and relax. We dined in for a number of nights. The restaurants were good quality, but a little on the expensive side. Although a car is useful, it is not essential as the public transport together with a ski pass can adequately provide for all travel needs. (One of our party caught the train from Geneva airport to Sion, then caught a bus to Nendaz. I am informed that both services operate regularly). In summary a great place for a good holiday!

Some additional chalet services e.g. cleaning / cooking / bed linen & towels change may be arranged and paid for separately by negotiation with my local agent who I can put you in touch with if necessary.
Although a final clean / inspection takes place after your departure; prices quoted are based on you leaving the apartment clean and tidy as found.
Bookings are not accepted from groups of young people (under 30).
