Short visit for school

Check in via the Sonder app was easy. The property was well located for my needs. Things were clean and as described. I felt pretty safe, although I didn't really linger outside. One thing that would have made me a little more comfortable would have been if the window in the bedroom had been frosted like the one in the bathroom. I was in the end unit and the back parking lot was just outside. Overall, I would stay there again.

Weekend Trip

Some positives: The check in process isnt bad but make sure to download the app ahead of time to make things easier. Yes its an extra step to already having vrbo app and all but it makes completing the no contact check in easy. The location worked great for us with where we wanted to go and not wanting to do a hotel room for three people. The outdoor area was nice to have. There was an electric kettle that was nice to have some warm beverages. Some negatives from our specific stay: When we got there the look of things is that its fine and tidy but the floors and walls in half the place were covered in a film of dust. Our allergies were going insane with all the dust and half the windows are locked shut so couldnt open them to get fresh air. The rugs are horrible and like falling apart or are a material that get little hairs and dust on everything to the extreme. We also had an issue with blankets, couch pull out bed sheet cover being filthy with human hair, dust and stains, and even little holes in the pillow we went to use for the pull out bed. You cant get a solution right away like some other places since you have to use the chat feature in the app. Also bring a sleeping mask if planning to sleep on pull out bed due to natural light from kitchen being super intense even with blinds down.

Nice place

Nice place, just don't hang out in the parking lot. Lots of people around who ask for change, or $20, or argue with the street, or don't seem to have clue where they are. Just go inside the courtyard or your apartment and you are good to go.

State St., Nashville

State St., Nashville. The condo is nice but the water pressure in the shower is so low that it was extremely challenging to rinse off. Also, the bathroom needs more storage-shelving and hooks. There is no place to put anything. Otherwise, it was great!
