Great Weekend at the Beach

we loved this property! It easily accommodated our extended family between both units. Loved the proximity to the beach and the pool. Unit was very clean and in very good condition, everything in working order. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with essentials. The storage rooms have all the beach supplies you would want (wagons, umbrellas, chairs, floaters, ice coolers, etc). Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Very nice property. Close to the beach. Kitchen nicely stocked. Appreciated the wealth of beach items (wagons, chairs, umbrellas, toys). Wish we would have known the large quantity of items before, we brought a lot with us which wouldn’t have been necessary. Pool was very nice. Just a couple of minor negative details. Had trouble getting door code for entry. One bed badly broken but prior occupant hid it well. Ceiling fan in back unit bedroom didn’t work but all in all a great place to stay for our large family of 16.

Birthday celebration

The property was perfect for our large group of 14. The pool was perfect. We had an enjoyable time. The bunk room did not have enough room to open the closet The base of the beds in the room with fulls made a lot of noise. Overall a great place.

Great property for families with young children. Loved being so close to the beach and access to it

We had a great experience overall. Only recommendation I would make is have a few more essentials in the kitchen such as spatulas, rags, dish towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, salt and pepper, and more toilet paper. Could not find sheet for the pak-n-plays. Also would recommend updating outdoor patio furniture in Unit B on the upper deck. The pool was awesome and all that was included! Loved the location of the property and would highly recommend it to all I know! Thank you for the great experience for our family!

Everything was fine at the house. (Both sides) there was a light out in the bunk room and in the master in unit a I called they came to look said they had to run to the hardware store and never came back. Also the ice maker in unit a did not work I emailed them to let them know. Otherwise all was good

Not what we thought

We needed enough room for 12 people there was plenty of sleeping room but the units were not easy to get back and forth between. There was no place to all eat a meal together or okay games. There were no dressers to put clothes in, no hand soap anywhere, and none of the tvs worked at first but was eventually resolved. Also the pool lights didn’t work so night time swimming was hard. Communicate was difficult. We has to go through a rental company answering service.

Hi Shilo, thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re glad to hear that there was plenty of sleeping space for your group, though we understand that the layout and accessibility between the units made things a bit tricky. We also appreciate you pointing out the areas where we can improve. We’ll be sure to address those details to make the stay more comfortable for future guests. We’re also sorry to hear that communication was difficult. We’ll work to ensure better and more direct lines of communication for future stays. We hope that despite these challenges, you were able to enjoy your time with your group and that we can host you again in the future! Thank you again for choosing Coastal Vacation Properties!
