CELADON BEACH RESORT #1404 in Panama City Beach, FL is a 1 bedroom plus bunk area, 2 bathroom vacation condo complete with all of the conveniences of home. Celadon 1404 has a spacious living room area with wonderful views of the Gulf. Fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit, and beautiful new LVP flooring throughout the unit. Towels and linens are provided. The master bedroom has a king bed and full ensuite bath. Twin bunks in the hallway are perfect for the kids. The sofa pulls out to a queen bed and has a new mattress.

Celadon Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida is one of the premier beach resorts in all of the Florida panhandle. This wonderful condo is situated perfectly on the 14th floor with astounding views of the Gulf of Mexico. I can not tell you how amazing our experience was because of the owners.. She definitely went above and beyond for us.. Condo was very clean, great location. Kitchen had basically everything we needed, as we cooked at "home" alot. We will most definitely be staying here again. I personally love the Celedon. Our condo was perfect

Incredible Place

It’s a perfect getaway right on the beach. With a king mattress, two bunk beds, and a pullout couch you enjoy this place with many family and friends. It’s super clean, showers work great and the view is unbeatable. Parking is super easy with the garage having luggage carts and an over the street walkway. Would highly recommend to anyone interested.

Very happy with the stay. Location was perfect, beautiful view, bed was comfortable, kitchen was small but had everything we needed. The only negative was there was no place to hang your clothes half the closet was off limits with big tote from mgmt, the other half half had boogie boards and beach chairs along with alot of sand on floor.

Quick getaway August 2020

We really enjoyed our stay at Celadon unit 1404. The condo was very well maintained and clean. The owner was great to work with and we’ll definitely recommend them to everyone. We were looking for a relaxing, quick getaway to recharge and this was the best spot to do that.

Great location, can’t beat the view

Excellent location, can’t beat this view! Just a short elevator ride to the beach. Resort is very nice and well maintained. Only issue we had was cleaning people weren’t done on time and had to hurry them along. Excellent communication!

This property was well stocked and decorated nicely. Is right beside elevator so could hear elevator running until late so would take ear plugs. Needs new bedding and pillows but overall enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed xtra beach chairs and furniture on balcony. Would stay again. Very easy to work with!

Unit and property was very well maintained and clean! Was better than we expected. The heated pool was much appreciated and was legitimately heated and not just advertised heated and cold. It was the first place we have ever been that our kids didn’t complain about the pool being cold. The only downside was if we would have had the full 6 people some of the staples like bowls and such we would not have had enough. We will definitely be looking at going back.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful views of the gulf and cold pool that felt great during hot July temps. Only complaint is smelling marijuana multiple times a day on our balcony. It’s not easy to enjoy the balcony with kids when the smell is overbearing.

Perfect location and condo, we love staying on the West End of PCB! The only suggestions I would give is to purchase a new shower curtain for the master bathroom (there is mold on the inside of the current one) and get a smartTV or hookup the smart bluray player to wifi so renters have the option to sign into their netflix accounts.
