The Space:

We are a cute 1200 SQFT local house on the countryside. This is true local country living.



Bedrooms and Bedding:

There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a King bed each. The 3rd bedroom has two full size beds. The living room sofa converts to a comfortable full size bed. We also have a Pack N Play baby crib, stroller, and high chair so that your baby can live like a local. There are plenty of extra sheets, linens, comforters & pillows.



Parking:

We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles of any size in our big driveway.



Televisions & Entertainment:

4 Smart HDTV's that stream network and cable channels with Youtube TV.



WIFI

Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.

WIFI Speed: Upload 5 mbps: download 25 mbps. (via At&t Uverse) - equivalent to 150 mbps.



Kitchen & Cooking:

Full kitchen that comes with large and small appliances stocked with many of the essentials.



Dining Area:

Gorgeous Tennessee designed dining table and seating for 6.
