Spring Break on the Beach

Property Location and access to the beach is amazing. Property management was top notch in handling our concerns. Perfect place for kids and dogs to stay and relax in a dog friendly community. Although the condo itself is a bit outdated, our stay was excellent.

There were a few cockroachs. The couch and chairs were hard to get out of because they were so low, even for me and I am 5ft 2in. The bed was comfortable but hard to get into because it was so tall. The view from the balcony was beautiful! The balcony furniture was comfortable.

Perfect at a great price!!

We had a great time and the staff at Bender Realty made the whole process so easy. The condo was was perfect for the 4 of us. It was clean, nice furnishing and right on the beach. Will definitely be back.

When the wind blows

Everything was great other than the loose railing. That wind blew rattling the building and was not secured allowing a sleepless couple of nights with such loud vibration.

Cleanliness was lacking

Floors dirty, ants in the kitchen, mattresses was in very bad condition, table on the balcony was rusted, TV’s was hard to get to work, no carts were available to unload our luggage, elevator was very slow and was no working floor lights. But we did enjoy the beach and shopping.

At 1058 square feet, Caribbean 504 is larger than most two bedroom condos. A very nice feature is the garden tub and walk in shower in the master bath. And of course, the view from the balcony is spectacular! We invite you to give us a call when you are ready for your next visit to the Gulf Coast!

Needs new refrigerator and stove and the dishwasher does not work properly. The walls everywhere were dirty and needs painting desperately!! The furniture on the balcony was terrible! All of the chairs and tables were rusted out. We have been coming to Gulf Shores for over 25 years and I have never seen such bad outside furniture! This place needs TLC!! We enjoyed our trip as always!!

The parking is the worst of any condo I have ever stayed in at Gulf Shores and I have been coming for 30plus years. We were assigned a space in the garage but couldn't get into it..too small and zero space there. There was no covers, blankets etc for the pull out couch so we had to buy those. I have booked a condo next year with BENDER and plan to continue with this company but I will not stay at Carribean again mainly due to the parking. Also on Friday, our last day a gentleman called me 2 times asking what time we were leaving the following morning. I did not appreciate this happening while I was on vacation and had paid for a full week with a 10 am check out.

Your repeat patronage is truly appreciated! Parking is certainly at a premium during the summer months, and Caribbean is one of the fortunate properties that has an overflow lot across the street. We would have certainly brought blankets to the condo had we known you needed them; we will be sure to replace them immediately. You should have received just one call the day before your arrival, as the office works to put together a cleaning schedule for busy turnaround Saturdays; apologies if you were called twice.

The floors were terrible who ever the housekeeping company is ripping them off there was so much dust in corners and around the toilets and under beds I had to go trough and sweep the first day I was there. The bedding on the pullout was dirty. There was not extra pillows or blankets. The pillows on the bed were so flat might as well have not had any. The comforters and pillow shams looked dirty. Over all after I washed everything and swept the stay was fine. I have stayed in much worse unfortunately. I would stay here again if they hired a different cleaning company that paid attention to detail. The manager of the rental was super friendly and check in was easy. Pool was cleaned daily. Over all not terrible.

The best part (in addition to a lovely condo & great location overlooking the gulf) was that every time we to our car, the pool, the elevator, we met other dogs. Everyone of them was super friendly and just as anxious to meet Trixie as Trixie was to meet them. That is very hard to find anywhere in Gulf Shores, except on the campgrounds.
