The Space:
Surrounded by nature, Baydream Believer offers a seamless blend of comfort and tranquillity. A private path from the backyard leads straight to the beach, perfect for early morning swims or sunset walks. After a day by the sea, rinse off in the hot outdoor shower before stepping into this thoughtfully designed home.
The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light with wall-to-wall windows showcasing the lush greenery outside, while a gas fireplace and Smart TV with Foxtel, Netflix, and Stan create the perfect cosy setting. The formal dining corner seats ten, while the chef’s kitchen offers premium appliances, ample bench space, and a butler’s pantry. Meanwhile, the undercover patio extends the living space outdoors, offering a large dining table and BBQ, surrounded by the peaceful backyard.
Head upstairs where the primary suite unfolds beyond double doors, featuring a king-sized bed, walk-in robe, and a second TV room. Step onto the spacious balcony with a second outdoor dining area and lounge seating, where filtered views of the bay peek through the peppermint trees. The primary ensuite includes a luxurious spa bath and his-and-her vanities for ultimate relaxation and convenience. The cosy second bedroom comes with a queen bed, built-in robes and an ensuite providing a serene escape. The third floor is a haven for the kids, with two bunk beds, bean bags, and a comfy lounge with video games, plus a second furnished balcony. This space doubles as a playroom ensuring entertainment for younger guests, while an office with a dedicated workspace provides a private space for remote work or study. The family bathroom includes a bath and separate shower.
Beyond the home, guests have access to shared resort-style facilities, including bike hires, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spas, tennis and squash courts, a gym, and a games room with arcade machines, pool tables, and ping pong.
Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, air conditioning in the primary suite and main living area, and a private two-car garage.
A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves, with access to shared resort facilities. Please make yourselves at home!

Situated along the stunning coastline of Geographe Bay, a private beach path leads directly to calm, turquoise waters—ideal for swimming, paddleboarding, or cycling along the scenic beachfront trail. For something special, head to The Goose Beach Bar & Kitchen near the Busselton Jetty, where you can enjoy fresh seafood and breathtaking views. A short drive takes you to the Margaret River wine region, where world-class wineries, breweries, and gourmet experiences await. Adventure seekers can explore Meelup Beach, Ngilgi Cave, or Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, while families will love Dunsborough Fun Park and the Busselton Jetty & Marine Observatory.
Getting Around:
Parking: There is free garage parking for two cars. Additional vehicles will need to park in the resort’s guest parking lot.
Airport: 20-minute drive from Busselton Margaret River Airport.
Public transport: Just a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
