The bbq outside was bought last year but can be add to regular cleaning. Unfortunately, there was an issue with a pipe and smell from the shower, and it well be finally solve with the he back flow valve. The mosquitoes netting, on the large wooden porch door is often push in by guests by the window of the metal doors can be open for ventilation. These issues is being dealt with by the cleaning staff and I thank you for the feedback. The water is very good and has been tested several times over the years as it comes from and underground river.

I am surprise and sorry to hear this, for my cleaning ladies went twice to see if everything was good, once when the guests called to pick up some garbage, that an animal had seem to taken from the bin, so that they would put it back in the bin. They took pictures of the event, and watched them pick up the papers and they also inspected the bbq outside to ensure it was clean enough to use. In regards to the furniture, some is classic and some brand new, like the four stools that were bought in March of this year. My cleaning staff reported and took pictures that all four were damaged, which looks like a knife cut on the leather in same location on the top of stool and one step pushed down. Since we had before and after pictures, they admitted to the damage and agreed to pay for it. If it wasn’t for this episode , I think the review would be positive, given that they said everything was perfect to my cleaning staff on two occasions, prior to their early departure and before the stools discovery. I am grateful that they paid for the damage in the end.
