Brickell Avenue is a gorgeous stroll – residents are seen running, cyclying, walking their dogs, and staying a safe distance away from others as they enjoy the cool breeze from the ocean. If you choose to travel by car, the apartment comes with 1 free parking spot and plenty of off-site parking.
