ABBEY GEM is set in a coveted location where locals want to live and visitors hope to come back to enjoy year after year. A stunning stretch of Abbey beach is only a short stroll away where you can spend endless hours at the safe, calm shore.

If the beach isn't calling you, take your bikes for a ride along our expansive bicycle pathways that are easily accessible from the house.

Alternatively there is a children's park & play area only meters walk away.

On the days you prefer to get out to explore, Dunsborough Yallingup & Eagle Bay are only 15 minutes drive away and Margaret River town centre approx 35 minutes drive.

You can base yourself at this lovely property and be very close to all our region has to offer.

Inside the home you will find large, comfortable living areas & bedrooms, perfect for everyone to stay together whilst still being able to escape to your own space.

There is a private, relaxing outdoor entertaining area and small grass area for those Summer BBQ's or just enjoying the sunshine.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare & cook family meals, as well as having a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso pod machine & all crockery & cutlery.

- Ducted, reverse cycle air conditioning & heating throughout the home will keep everyone comfortable no matter the season

Please note:

-The SERVICE FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants

* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants

* Tea towels

* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)

* Our 'Basic Starter' package (see note below for Starter Essentials information)

- Beach towels are NOT included

- We also supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar sachets, salt, pepper, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay

- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months

-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.

- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.
