The Sundial Inn unit is a cozy beach side cottage with two bedrooms and one spacious bathroom. The large front room contains a large couch, a loveseat, and two arm chairs, all of which are arranged around a quaint coffee table and a flat screen television. This is the perfect place to escape from the heat after a long day at the beach; drop your bags by the door, kick back on the sofa, and see whats on the TV.

Both of the bedrooms contain a large bed with as many extra blankets and pillows as you need. If you count the couches, our Tybee vacation homes can sleep up to six people at once, guaranteeing that your entire family can enjoy an amazing getaway. Six chairs are gathered around the dining room table in the kitchen, where you'll find a fully-functional range, adorable dishes, and everything else you need to enjoy meals in the comfort of your home away from home.

After a good night's sleep, try having breakfast out on the enclosed patio. Full sunshine streams in through the screen door while you enjoy mild lighting, an overhead fan, and full protection from the elements. This patio is the perfect place to hide away during a brief summer rainstorm while you listen to the sound of water slowly rolling off the rooftop.

Don't worry about packing a hair dryer or an iron, as you'll have everything you need at our fully-stocked vacation rentals. From shampoo and conditioner to an in-unit washer and dryer, you'll find that all of our Tybee vacation rentals are completely prepared to host your worry-free vacation. All you'll need to bring with you is clothes and swimwear for your upcoming trip to the beach.

All of our Tybee vacation homes come with strong wifi. Whether you want to bring a laptop or a gaming system, you'll be able to spend your evenings unwinding with your favorite technology while you wait for the sun to rise and another great day to begin. The house is full of great places to relax and get completely involved with an eBook, television show, or your favorite form of media entertainment.

When you're completely rested up from your drive or flight, slip on your favorite pair of sandals and head on down to Tybee Island's famous beaches. Our Tybee vacation rentals are all just a few blocks from the beach side, meaning that you'll be basking in warm sunshine and the smell of the ocean just minutes after you step outside of your door. Leave footprints in the sand, choose a spot for a picnic, or head to the marina for a beautiful view of the ocean like no other.

The Sundial Inn units are also just down the street from Tybee Island city hall. Check out the architecture, learn about the history of our community, and spend your afternoon at the Tybee Island memorial park, where you'll find a playground and sports courts for all of your favorite athletic activities.

For a more interesting day trip, drive to the northern edge of the island to find the Tybee Island Marine Science Center. After an educational tour or a scheduled, you can head next door to our famous lighthouse and science museum. Learn about the local culture and many different marine animals and plants that are found along our coasts; then, walk down to the beach to see if you can spot any of the creatures that you heard about earlier in the day.

If you're looking for a high-octane experience, you absolutely have to try going kayaking on the ocean near the Tybee island coast. After full instructional session to make sure you know what you're doing, you'll be allowed to paddle across calm waters while staring straight down into the azure depths. In addition to seagulls and exotic fish, you might be lucky enough to meet some of the dolphins that frequent the area.

All of our vacation rentals come with access to our heated resort-style pool. Let yourself into the private area so you can enjoy a calm swim or sunbathe on our comfortable patio chairs. Overhead, the beautifully clear Georgia sky will illuminate your perfect aquatic experience.

Of course, you can't end out a great vacation day without something good to eat. From the local ice cream parlor to some of the best seafood grills you've ever dined at, there are plenty of restaurants on Tybee to keep your interest. You can choose whether to dine inside the restaurant, eat out on the patio, or even grab takeout on your way back to your vacation rental.

Completion of this agreement is required to confirm your booking. For your convenience, a copy of our rental agreement is available on our website for review at any time. Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

Guests with Pets
This property happily welcomes your furry travel companions! Guests may bring up to 2 dogs, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs.​​​​​​​ Pets must be added to your reservation at the time of booking, and a non refundable $130 pet fee will apply.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
