One of the home's most special features is its peaceful tropical setting. The property backs directly onto a nature reserve with no rear neighbors, creating a wonderfully private outlook. Keep an eye out around dawn and dusk—you may even spot wallabies or kangaroos beyond the back fence, along with plenty of tropical birdlife.

Guests have access to the home, garden, outdoor entertaining areas, and swimming pool. The garage is locked and not available to guests.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors, particularly during the evening.

Traveling with a pet?
Pets are welcome! The backyard is fully fenced and best suited for small dogs. Please be aware that the rear fence is a standard-height residential fence and may not securely contain larger dogs or dogs that are good jumpers. For their safety, do not leave pets outside unattended.

As the property backs onto a nature reserve, wallabies and other wildlife may pass beyond the rear fence, particularly in the early morning and evening. Please ensure pets don't chase or disturb the local wildlife.

The backyard is landscaped with pebbles rather than grass, so dogs may need to be taken for walks for toileting.
