This unit is the perfect year-round getaway. Whether you're visiting in winter
or summer this is one of the best locations in town! You’ll be just one block
from The Village and the Village Gondola, offering effortless access to
shopping, dining, nightlife, and the slopes, all without the hustle and
bustle. This 4 bedroom and 3 bath property features a beautiful modern design
split over 2 levels. Granite counters, stainless steel top of the line
appliances, hard wood floors, FAU heating and propane fireplace offer a cozy
but upgraded experience. The kitchen is fully stocked so you have everything
you need to prepare family meals, and enjoy the dining area which seats 8. Get
cozy in the living room on the comfortable sectional and enjoy the gas
fireplace and large flatscreen TV. Upstairs the first bedroom features a Queen
bed with access to a shared hall bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower. On
the lower level are the remaining three bedrooms and 2 upgraded bathrooms with
beautiful stone work and walk-in showers. The master bedroom features a King
bed with large flatscreen TV and private en-suite bathroom with enclosed walk-
in shower. The second bedroom features a Queen while the third bedroom has
bunk beds with Queen over Queen offering sleeping for 4 and access to the
shared hall bath. This home offers a private / washer dryer to provide all the
comforts of home. On the upper level a private balcony. With its spacious
