This pet-friendly, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Silver Bear condo is conveniently
located within walking distance to the base of Canyon Lodge, the ski slopes
and the Village Gondola. Upon arrival, there is an assigned indoor parking
space in the heated garage and one additional parking space outside. There is
elevator access to the unit and luggage racks available to make unloading the
car a breeze.
Upon entering the condo you will notice an open floorplan. The living area
faces out towards a corner of large windows and is flooded with an abundance
of natural light. Relax on the sectional sofa and enjoy the cozy gas
fireplace. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter
space and is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy cooking a
wonderful meal without having to leave the premises. The six-person dining
room table and kitchen counter bar complete the open and inclusive floor plan.
For your convenience, the condo has a private stackable washer and dryer.
The master bedroom features a Queen bed, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, lounge
chair, and en-suite full bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. The
second bedroom boasts two double beds, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and has
access to a full bathroom that can be locked off to either be shared or en-
suite, also with a double vanity and tub/shower combo. Lastly, a big plus is
that you can bring your beloved dog along with you, as the unit is pet
friendly.
Silver Bear is in a great location. In winter, it’s an easy 5 min walk up
Lakeview Blvd to Canyon Lodge for chairlift access to the slopes or the free
Gondola to Mammoth Village and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Canyon
Lodge also has a full-service sports shop and retail plus dining and après
ski. The bus stop for the Blue Line shuttle and year-round Night Trolley is
very close by which can take you to the slopes or town. The shuttle and
Village Gondola run from mid-December to mid-April when Canyon Lodge is open.
In Summer, the Lakes area for water sports, biking and hiking are only minutes
driving as is the Sierra Star golf course and downtown Mammoth. The Silver
Bear common area has an recreation room to enjoy with a lounge with a Foosball
table, fireplace and reading area, as well as showers. There is a year round
sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in
Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit. Enjoy a heated underground and
parking garage for 1 car (garage clearance is 7' 2") with interior hallways
and accessible elevator access to your unit on the 2nd floor. All guests
receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy
facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility,
yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a maximum
of 6 people, and is pet friendly (one dog allowed, second dog upon approval
only). Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required
than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.
