of Canyon Lodge, the ski slopes and the Village Gondola. Upon arrival, there

parking space outside. There is elevator access to the unit and luggage racks
available to make unloading the car a breeze. Also for your convenience, there
is a designated ski locker inside the garage.
The welcoming entryway has a bench, lots of coat hooks and closet space for
your outdoor gear. The living area faces out towards a corner of large windows
and is flooded with an abundance of natural light and views of the surrounding
pine trees. The decor is tasteful with a mountain cabin feel but with a
contemporary twist. Relax on the over-sized sectional couch or luxurious
recliner chair and enjoy the cozy gas fireplace and stream your favorite
programs and movies on the 55” Smart TV. For additional entertainment, enjoy
the wide selection of board games or stream music through the Bluetooth Sound
Bar. The kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, ample counter space
and is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy cooking a wonderful
meal without having to leave the premises. The six-person round dining room
table and kitchen counter bar complete the open and inclusive floor plan.
The bedrooms are spacious and attractively decorated with views to the pine
forest. Both rooms have King beds, dressers, large closets plus wireless
enabled flat screen TV's with Roku. One en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower
combo and double vanity while the other has a shower and basin. The living
room has a queen size sleeper sofa with supplied linens. For your convenience,
there is a full-size washer and dryer. Silver Bear is in a great location. In
winter, it’s an easy 5 min walk up Lakeview Blvd to Canyon Lodge for chairlift
access to the slopes or the free Gondola to Mammoth Village and all its shops,
bars and restaurants. Canyon Lodge also has a full-service sports shop and
retail plus dining and après ski. The bus stop for the Blue Line shuttle and
year-round Night Trolley is very close by which can take you to the slopes or
town. The shuttle and Village Gondola run from mid-December to mid-April when
Canyon Lodge is open. In summer, the Lakes area for water sports, biking and
hiking are only minutes driving as is the Sierra Star golf course and downtown
Mammoth. There is a year round sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi,
communal gas BBQ grill area and in Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit.
The outdoor hot tub will still be available for access during this time. Enjoy
a heated underground parking garage for 1 car (garage clearance is 7' 2") with
interior hallways and accessible elevator access to your unit on the 2nd
floor. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club
to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness
facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a
maximum of 6 people, and one pet is approved on a request basis only. Guests
