The Space:

Accommodating up to four guests, with a sofa bed, this studio is perfect for small families or couples seeking a romantic getaway. Note: the sofa-bed is best suited for children, given the open-plan layout of the lounge and bedroom. Stay snug year-round with double glazing and a heat pump/aircon.
Free off-street parking and a nearby boat ramp offer easy access to aquatic adventures. Please note, one car can be parked on-site, and additional parking is available on the street.
Nestled in Acacia Bay, enjoy serene lake views surrounded by a scenic public reserve. While the studio is the downstairs unit of a larger house, rest assured it's completely independent. Upstairs guests are typically respectful, but please be aware of potential noise. You can view the upstairs property on our website if you wish to book both spaces.

Other Things to Note:
When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available on request. Please enquire before booking (bedding for the cot is not provided).
Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper and oil.
For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released two days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.
All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths.
Interaction with Guests:
We have a key box and will provide the pin number 3 days before your check-in date.
If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the app during regular business hours. If you have an emergency after hours, please call our after-hours number (number will be send with check-in instructions). Please ring, do not text as texts are not monitored.
