Excellent experience. My kids loved the house. Clean and good value. Only issue we had was in relation to the neighbors pool pump being extremely loud on day 1, which the host handled immediately thru the HOA. Would book again.

House was very well kept and clean upon arrival. Check in and check out we’re very smooth and host responds in a timely fashion, such as when we were in the middle of the trip and I need to reach out to him about using the grill, and I received a response within the hour. Would definitely rent here again.

Great place to stay, lots of room to spread out inside. We loved the pool area. We paid for the pool heat and it made the pool nice and warm to swim in both day and night. Close to lots of restaurants. Walmart is less than 2 miles away. I had a question for the host and got a reply very quickly.

We had such a wonderful stay! House was well equipped allowing for some relaxing rest days. Kids LOVED the game room and the pool (with heat) was the perfect way to keep everyone entertained. Close to Disney, Walmart, it’s of food options for when we didn’t feel like cooking. Loved the daily trash pickup and the community water park was a hit even with the cooler weather. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Villa Patronus was perfect! The home was beautiful with plenty of space and amazing ammenities. The beds were comfortable and jetted spa perfect, especially after a long day at the Parks. It was close to everything and provided safety in a gated community. The communication from the host was quick, upfront and clear. and the management group who we communicated with once we arrived responded very quickly and were helpful to any needs we had. We had the most amazing vacation and would love to stay at this property in the future!
