Thank you for your recent review. Unfortunately, beds are very tricky, since everyone’s preferences are different. Some guests prefer a firm mattress while others prefer them soft. To ensure our guests are comfortable, we are happy to provide extra mattress pads or mattress toppers that can bring the mattress to your desired level of comfort. We are very sorry that you felt the unit was not clean. Providing a clean and sanitary rental for our guests is at the top of our priorities, and we are disappointed that we fell short of that goal. We will be sharing your review with our Housekeeping Manager to see where we can make improvements. Although we offered to take your laundry to our commercial laundry, we apologize that the washer and dryer had to be replaced during your stay and caused any inconvenience.
