The Space:

Welcome to Lakehouse 4, a newly built, architecturally designed four-bedroom villa created to showcase breathtaking views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables while giving families or large groups generous space, style and comfort.

Master Suite

Perched on the top level, the master retreat features a walk-in wardrobe, private ensuite and wall-mounted TV — the perfect place to wake to spectacular lake and mountain vistas.

Open-Plan Living

The heart of the home is a light-filled kitchen, dining and lounge with soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliders that open fully to a private lake-view balcony. Furnished for alfresco coffees or sunset drinks, it’s an inviting space to gather. Inside, a curved sofa, large TV and Escea gas fireplace make relaxing easy.

Guest Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The lower level hosts three spacious bedrooms with king beds (two can convert to singles). Two beautifully finished bathrooms — one ensuite, one shared — feature double vanities and underfloor heating for extra comfort. Generous wardrobes make unpacking simple for both short and extended stays.

We prepare the house with fresh, premium linen and towels for your arrival. Please note, the villa is not serviced during your stay. Should you wish to have additional services during your visit, kindly arrange this with us prior to arrival, and we’ll provide you with any associated charges.
