Located about 16 kilometres north of the Brisbane CBD, Taigum is a peaceful suburb dotted with leafy parks and bordered by Cabbage Tree Creek in the north. It has access to trains and buses, connecting it to the city centre and surrounding neighbourhoods. It’s also a great suburb for attending sporting and entertainment events at the Brisbane Bicentenary Sports and Entertainment Complex. Brisbane’s northern beaches and the Sunshine Coast are also easily accessed from Taigum.
