Beautiful family oriented getaway. Two equipped, nice bedrooms, a living/TV room and a full size bathroom with tube. Starting October, the property includes an additional bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen , dining and living rooms. At all times there is roofed parking for one vehicle. More space available for other vehicle. Sanitization ensured prior to arrival plus cleaning supplies for guests. Nearby Town of Perkins offers key services and goods for a pleasant stay. Wifi and cable TV included. Relevant summer attractions at lakes and beaches, as well as golf courses nearby. No smoking allowed, sorry. Leashed dogs are allowed, but cats are not welcome, sorry.
Ours is a family cottage, we live part of the year at, with many personal, valuable items we want people staying there to cherish, like it was THEIR home.

Our son and his family (wife and 2 children) live next door. He also has a professional audio studio in his basement. Some guests have hired him to have them or their family record songs professionally. It has an extra cost but it is quite an experience !!!!

My son also has 3 dogs, all very friendly and not barking. They spend most time inside the house but go out from time to time, leashed or supervised.
