This two-bedroom unit offers a comfortable and enjoyable space, perfect for families or professional groups to a maximum of 6 people. The open-plan living space featuring 6-person dining table, comfy seating, television, stereo, and a warming gas fireplace, will provide everything you need for a great stay in Fernie.
The property has one private Queen room. The second larger bedroom has a Queen bed with a set of twin bunks, perfect sleeping arrangements for kids. There are two bathrooms, one off the second larger bedroom and one near to the common area.
Both feature a shower/ tub combination. All beds have been made up with quality hotel-grade linens and every sheet, pillowcase, and duvet cover is washed between guests. Quality towel sets including a bath towel, hand towel, and facecloth are provided for each guest, along with bath, body, and hair products so you will have all the comforts of home. Separate hot tub towels are also provided for each guest to keep your bath towel nice and dry.
The kitchen contains plenty of cooking utensils, dishes, cookware, cutlery, glassware, and mugs. The kitchen features a full-size fridge/ freezer, oven, four hobs, microwave, and dishwasher. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil for all our guests. If you fancy doing some BBQing, you have full access to the communal BBQ located at the entrance to the Aspen building.
Each nook of this condo has been cleverly designed to hold all your sporting clothes, helmets, gloves, and more, with hooks located conveniently in each room. You will find an array of games and puzzles for the family in the living room chest, to enjoy on a cozy night in!
The unit is located on the second floor of the Aspen building. There is an elevator, which means easy access to the condo with all your belongings. You will be provided the combination to a ski locker located in the basement entrance to the building so no need to carry skis and boards up to the condo each day.
There are multiple communal hot tubs, with one located just a floor below the condo and is perfect to rest tired bodies after an action-packed day. All other hot tubs are just a moment's walk away offering different views of the mountain. You can also gain access to the saunas, in the neighboring building and two games rooms throughout the complex.
Also included in this condo is paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, tea, coffee, and bathroom amenities. If there is anything that would make your stay more enjoyable and is not mentioned above, please do not hesitate to reach out so we can assist further.
**Bike Storage- The complex does not have secured biking storage, however there are numerous bike racks located conveniently in front of building entrances.
