Thank you for your review Jane, All the carpet has been deeply washed. The refrigerator replaced and the AC can be set at 70, not lower than that as the machine freezes. We would love to host you again for an opportunity of a perfect stay!

Thank you for your review on the property. The owner sends his apologies, that you were not impressed with his home. As to address some of the concerns, you left in your review: Your stay was in beginning of March. Unfortunately, you were misinformed by the person servicing the pool at that time. The swimming pool was re-surfaced. The job was completed at the end of January. His remark that the house “should not have been rented” is untrue, the pool was cured and ready to go 10 days after it was completed. We were also in the process of having the safety fence replaced. We now have a new pool company servicing the pool, due to the issues with the previous company. The small amount of mold (2inches) in the bathroom shower was treated and taken care of immediately. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. The carpet in front living room has since been cleaned as there were some stains but it would not have caused the room to be unusable. Sometimes there is just not enough time between bookings to get the carpets professional cleaned and time to dry. We are sorry you felt the current beds where not up to par for your family. Beds are a personal preference as some people like soft beds and some like harder beds. When it is time to purchase new ones, we will take that into consideration for future guests. You asked if you could have an early check in on your day of arrival. We said we would try to accommodate your request as a guest was also checking out that same day. The cleaners had all but the towels completed and left them running in the dryer, so you could get into the house early. The management company either spoke to you or left a voicemail telling you about the towels.
