Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!

This rental was perfect, pretty much as pictured. This is our 2nd time staying on this property, and we enjoyed it as much as our first time. Loved that there were beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler provided. Seems like it was standard with each unit. Only negative was that we couldn’t find any carts to use to haul our stuff up to the unit.

Great place to stay. Nice coquina reef surf break right out back. Publix across the street. Close to good restaurants. Unfortunately, can't walk your dog on the beach here.

This was our 2nd stay at PBC. Love the pool and having the ocean so close. Grocery store, Wal-Mart, gas stations and restaurants are all around the resort. We will be back again.

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing 2 weeks stay at Paradise Beach Club in Satellite Beach the condo we rented was absolutely beautiful and had everything there that we needed for our stay. I highly recommend renting a condo for your next vacation the pool is very nice and the ocean is absolutely beautiful Taylor was amazing to deal with and very responsive and accommodating see you again next time

Great getaway for family

Great place to take the family on a getaway. Property is directly on beach so it’s easy with little ones. Plenty of hoses to rinse off sand accessible to all condos, great pool area with grassy sections for kids, large grilling area. Appreciated the luggage carts available for loading and unloading. Happy with cleanliness.

Very enjoyable stay!

Property was clean and so easy to access! Property manager was great and answered questions very fast! It was nice to have chairs, boogie boards etc on property. The mattresses on the double beds could use an update, but no other complaints. Decor was really nice and access to the beach was fantastic! Loved it!

Anniversary trip

A return trip for us to PBC. Usually with family, but just husband and I. Unit was just what we have come to expect…clean, well appointed and stocked with everything we needed (especially in the kitchen). Washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus! We’ll be back! Thanks for all the effort

Beautiful Ocean View!

This is a beautiful beachfront condo! The view from the balcony is stunning! Waking up to the sound of the ocean was wonderful and the pool is perfect for families! One caveat is that there is a seawall, and only one set of stairs to reach the beach from it. No ramp, which for me would have been a major improvement.

We come to Cocoa Beach quite often, and we always stay at Paradise Beach Club with stayincocoabeach.com. Communication is always excellent, check in is extremely easy, and the rooms are clean and well stocked. The only suggestion I have is to change the mattresses in the spare room. Not too big a problem if you put kids in that room, but extremely uncomfortable for the adults. Since this last trip was only my sister and me, we just slept in the master bedroom, which was incredibly comfortable. Even with this, I still give the room 5 stars!

Awesomly Relaxing Vaca

Property Manager Taylor, was outstanding every step of the way. She answered emailed questions ahead of our trip within 24 hours and checked in with us a few times during our stay to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Top notch service! The matresses and pillows in this condo are super comfortable. The only thing that was different than expected from picture is the living room furniture was not as pictured. It now has a leather sofa and two chairs. The heated pool is outstanding. Warmest pool we have ever enjoyed on vacation. The beach was so clean and just steps from the condo. Every condo at Paradise Beach Club is just steps to pool and beach. The elevator was a huge plus. The outside maintance manager, Christian, was very kind and clearly cared about keeping everything looking good and working well. The location of Condo is a huge plus. Publix, Pizza Hut, Mcdonalds and Taco Bell across the street with many nicer local eateries up and down the Jimmy Buffet Memorial Highway. We enjoyed 5 full days at the beach and pool and one day we traveled just a little over 2 hours to St. Augustine and took the trolly around the historic city. It was a fantastic vacation. We will return to Paradise Beach Club for sure, because of the great service, cleanliness and great location. Sharon H

What a wonderful time at Paradise Beach Club!!!

My son, daughter in law and I stayed at Paradise Beach Club in Satellite Beach, Florida, last week for 7 days. We had a wonderful time!!! I can't say enough about the communication that I had with Emma at StayincocoaBeach.com. She was on top of everything, and if I had any questions, she was there for me. Via email, text, or phone, she responded quickly, and even on Saturday, Sunday and evenings! I just had a few quick questions over the weekend, thinking she would respond on Monday, but I had a response within a few minutes each time. I talk about communication, as that is so important to feel comfortable when you are in a place that is strange to you, and to know that they are there for you and that everything is taken care of for you. The condo was just as advertised, and all was as we were told. We even had great weather!! Thank you to Emma and StayAtCocoaBeach.com for a wonderful time!!
