Oceanview, this 1st-floor villa is waiting for you and your family or friends! Our villa was featured in Season 19 of HGTV's Beachfront Bargains and you will love it! Just grab your beach towels, flip flops, and pack your bags! This one-bedroom villa with a private balcony has beautiful ocean sunrise views and is just steps from the pool and beach.

The first-floor villa is up one flight of stairs or there is an elevator at the end of the hallway. Our cozy villa sleeps 6 with a queen-size bed in the Master BR, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and kid-friendly bunk beds stowed away in the hallway! The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with access from the bedroom and hallway.

Close to everything that Forest Beach and the Coligny/south end have to offer - restaurants, shopping, bike rentals, and miles of beautiful beaches! The villa is ready for you with free Wi-Fi, fresh linens, TVs in the living room and bedroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The resort is complete with an elevator at the end of the hallway, laundry facilities on each floor, outdoor pools, and a sun deck! Our ocean-view villa is very close to Coligny Plaza and its shops, restaurants & entertainment! Also, The Low Country Celebration Park with its playscapes, playground, amphitheater, children's museum, and green space is right across the street from the beach!

You have got to love our On-Site BBQ Grills/ Picnic Table, Beach, outdoor pool, Balcony, and Sun Deck! Beautiful new boardwalk to the beach!

Diese Wohnung befindet sich am Strand und liegt in der Gegend South Forest Beach, einem Stadtviertel von Hilton Head. Palmetto Dunes Club ist einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas unternehmen möchtest. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Villa 162 is pretty much as advertised. It was clean, functional, nicely decorated, and close to the beach. Just be aware it is very small and would be a bit crowded for a family of four. There is a slight view of the ocean from the balcony and parking is fine. The bunk beds are OK for smaller kids 10 and under but they have a plastic cover to protect the mattress that is not real comfortable to sleep on. The top bunk can get very warm because airflow to the hallway is not ideal. It could use two new chairs to take to the beach as the ones located on the balcony were no longer functional (but these were not promised). Noise from the hallway and upstairs can be a problem on a busy weekend but this is kinda beyond their control.

BEST Location on Hilton Head Island

This is not meant to be a negative review, but we want it to be accurate and realistic. We have stayed at different units in Seaside Villas off and on over the last 16 years. We LOVE the location-best on the island! We love that all the units have some view of the ocean, it is directly on the beach, close to Coligny Plaza, restaurants/stores and has bicycle paths all around. Riding bikes in HH is our favorite! For the price point of this unit, it was as to be expected - small but nice, clean enough (dust, sand, hair around baseboards, behind the bed and around some of the furniture). One of the comforters had something gross and dried up on it - definitely had not been cleaned. When we arrived there was a coffee maker, but no coffee carafe. We contacted Vacation Time right away about the carafe and the comforter (we arrived after hours on Saturday). Thankfully our son brought a small blanket with him on the trip, otherwise he would not have had anything other than a sheet that evening. We heard from them the next morning and they asked that we drive over to their headquarters, just down the street, to get a new coffee pot and clean blankets. We had to take the broken coffee pot and the dirty comforter with us. They were very kind, but it was just an additional, inconvenient hassle to take care of these things. We have stayed in many units over the years and have found that having an electric keypad to enter the unit is by far the most convenient option. We had to drive by Vacation Time upon arrival to get the key and then return it on our way out. Also having to keep up with a key when you're down at the beach is just another hassle. A keypad to enter the room is a much better option! We found that the kitchen was not adequately stocked. There were only three or four spoons, forks & coffee mugs, however the unit accommodates six people. There wasn't a knife sharp enough to cut a watermelon, so we purchased one and left it in the unit. Also the sink and stove are extremely small. We've stayed in units the same size and have had much better kitchen accommodations. Also needs an iron and board. Again this is not meant to be negative, but only helpful. I think a bit of attention to some of these things could help people enjoy their stay a bit more! Comes down to, although it sleeps six, it is not furnished for six people. The unit would be fine for a couple & two small kids. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite these minor inconveniences!

Perfect location!

I messaged the owner/property manager early on after my reservation was confirmed to ask a question and did not receive a response for over a month. Once it got closer to my vacation dates, I received a message back. I then sent a follow-up question to which I never received a response. Unloading the car was kind of difficult with it being far from the elevator and the elevator being so slow. Not the most ideal with a young kiddo. Once arriving into the condo, everything was great besides the baseboards and floors. There was a lot of sand, dust, crumbs, etc. on the floor. I was happy I brought cleaning supplies because I swept and cleaned the floors/baseboards immediately after we arrived. The condo was a good size for my son and I, but any more people it would have been much too small. The bed was squeaky and not the most comfortable, but it did the job. The location is P.E.R.F.E.C.T.!! If you are willing to negotiate a little with the condo, you will not be disappointed. The pool was great, too. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. For the price and location alone, this place was great!
