Erlebe Chautauqua! Neu renoviertes Studio

Hi Anthony, the right vacation home is everything and we are disappointed this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner following your stay and they wanted to share the following: - We confirmed the A/C is operating per the on-site Condo Management Office. They have ensured, once notified, that the A/C controls are in working order and that the backup ceiling fan is ready for use as well. - The on-site management also replaced the cable on the TV to restore operation. In addition, as of 6/14, we ordered a Deluxe Cable Package to expand the range of options. - The onsite team was not aware of your disposal & refrigerator/ freezer concerns and are reviewing each as well as re-auditing the cleaning standards to ensure they meet expectations. - The flooring & carpet is the original and is pictured on the listing. The unit is regularly cleaned prior to and after each guest reservation by the onsite housekeeping team. The decor and furnishings are Traditional in Style and are accurately depicted, as displayed in the current photos. We are sorry they are not to your taste. We have been renting this unit from 2006 through 2021 and the unit has delivered a high guest satisfaction rate during those years, but we are always looking for ways to improve the Guest Experience and appreciate your taking the time to provide your feedback. Thank you for sharing your comments regarding your stay.
