Welcome to The Little White House.
Nothing says beach holiday like a classic weatherboard home with a great view and a superb location. Located at the top of Bay Street in the heart of Lorne, this simple 3-bedroom beach house has everything you need to relax and unwind.
The home features second storey access via an outdoor timber deck. On entry, a cosy open plan lounge to the right offers a gas log fire, couches, TV, ample natural light and picturesque, elevated views towards the Otway Ranges. Turning left reveals a galley style kitchen and dining space. Flanking this area are 3 comfortable bedrooms, the main bathroom and a second separate toilet.
Another great feature at The Little White House is space for the kids to play. Unlike so many coastal homes, the property has plenty of grass to run around on, kick the footy or simply lay our a towel and catch some rays.
The Little White House does not pretend to be contemporary or chic. It oozes character from its intended purpose as a family beach home.
Other features include a gas BBQ, Nespresso coffee pod machine, a freestanding oven and stovetop, dishwasher, laundry and Wifi. Basically all the key ingredients, less the frills.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
