The front of the unit is a highly desirable open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. From here you will find access to the large front deck equipped with furniture to enjoy those beautiful summer days. To the rear of the property you will find a hall bathroom, Laundry Closet with private washer and dryer and three bedroom. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom and private deck off the rear of the property. TV's in all bedroom and Living Room. High Speed WIFI included.

Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds and towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Services, Linen Group LLC.

VRBO is a property advertising website. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
