Luxury, unique, farm-stay with motocross tracks on 67 acres, located in a picturesque valley between Sandy Hollow & Muswellbrook NSW.

With a near new modern country style homestead house boasting a full wrap around verandah with many places to sit & soak up the beautiful views!

Whether you like to float around in the resort style pool soaking up this peaceful scenery, have a BBQ on the pool deck or get more adventurous & ride the many tracks, jumps, burms & ruts on your motorbike, quad bike or ATV.

Bring your kayaks/paddle boards & have fun in our rather large dam with its own island!

Say hello to our beautiful inquisitive black angus cows, chooks of a few kinds, a horse called "Holly", "Puss" the ginger cat & our friendly Kelpie called "Tarzie" who loves any attention! & we now have 2 Alpacas called "Garry & Larry"!!!

FRESH FREE RANGE FARM EGGS
Be our guest & collect fresh eggs every morning & add them to your breakfast! There are two kinds of eggs, eggs from our Isa Brown chooks & the small but very tasty eggs from our Silkies!!
If there are any eggs left your welcome to take them home!

CAMPFIRE/COMBUSTION FIRE
If you enjoy a good campfire you will love our rather large fire pit out by the pool area, unwind & relax soaking up the beautiful views of the rolling hills & our magnificent sunsets!!!
Light the inside combustion fire for that beautiful ambiance a fireplace gives & you will be feeling relaxed in no time!

AIR CONDITIONING/FANS
This large open house boasts ducted air conditioning in every room making your stay very comfortable on those warmer/cooler days or if your just needing a bit of air circulation, all rooms have ceiling fans.

POOLYARD/DECK
There is a large flat plate BBQ, timber dining table that seats 8-12, outdoor lounge with coffee table & side tables that seats 5-6 & a double swing chair for relaxing!
There's also 3 great sitting chairs around the pool & 2 sun lounges
So plenty of chairs for everyone!

You wont be sorry you made this escape to the country! You will feel well rejuvenated when you leave & will want to re-book your next unique farm stay getaway!!!

GUEST ACCESS
You have the farm to yourself apart from the sheds & shipping containers.
Our two sons live in the large barn shed/granny flat & we stay with them at times or we may camp by the dam in our caravan but don’t let that perturb you! If you see our sons in the shed working on their motorbikes feel free to ask any questions to Luke & Zac, & they may also be able to help with any small motorbike maintenance if required. The boys may be riding their motorbikes on the tracks & are very good riders so a good show to watch or they may be doing work/maintenance on the farm but if you are not happy hearing motorbikes during your stay please let us know & they will respect your wishes.

MOTORBIKE/QUAD/ATV RIDING
We don’t supply motorbikes/quads/ATV's you will need to bring your own.

RULES OF ENTRY
If you are planning on bringing any types of bikes/buggies please let us know as all guests in your group (even if they don't bring a bike) will need to complete & sign our Liability Waiver Agreement prior to arrival & also our Rules and Safety Warning which is attached under ‘Rules & Policies’ if you would like to have a read.
Only guests who have booked are permitted to enter property - no extras are allowed or they will be treated as trespassing.
