1) Quiet hours are between 11PM and 7AM. All times quoted are QLD time, Please abide by this strict rule, as it is in the best interests of neighbouring tenants. The building manager and governing body corporate will not tolerate excessive noise or unruly behaviour. Failure to obey this rule may result in immediate eviction with no refund.
2) If any smoking, pets or parties are proven to have taken place there will be an additional cleaning fee between $200-$400 charged plus a full maintenance repair fee for any damaged incurred.
3) Please keep all items in the apartment, in the apartment. DO NOT drop anything out of the windows.
4) In the event that keys or access cards become damaged, lost or not returned a replacement fee of $400 will be charged. If locked in the room you may also be charged a fee if a spare set has to be brought to you.
5) All guests must have their own travel insurance for the duration of their stay.
6) Only the original number of people in the booking are allowed to stay at the property. A $100 fee will be charged for each person found not to be part of the booking.
7) Any damage to linen or towels will result in a ‘full replacement of product fee.
8) There is to be only one car in your designated car space at any given time; strictly no other cars are allowed to be in the car park.
9) Keys MUST be returned or you will incur a key replacement fee or forfeit your full security deposit if not returned.
10) Late checkouts will incur additional fees for the cleaner's waiting time.
The House Rules above form part of the agreement that you electronically agree to when you open this manual and collect the keys. Please abide by all of them and treat your home away from home with care and respect. We take great pride in offering you an immaculate home to enjoy. We hope you enjoy the great amenities for the duration of your stay. In return, may we please ask; if you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it (or please tell us so we can); if you use it, take care of it; and if you make a mess, clean it up.
