Excellent stay - property was consistent with the listing. We loved it. Everything was clean, there were ample dishes and silverware for our group. There were comfy areas to lounge both in and outdoors. Host was responsive and presented options for early check in, they also checked in to make sure we got in ok and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This home is all about the backyards. Great activities. Unfortunately, the days we were there the temps were around 114 so we were limited but we got good use out of the pool. The house is nice but a bit worn and dated. Yet still very nice. Everything went smoothly and we enjoyed our stay.

Arizona summers can certainly limit outdoor activities during the hottest part of the day, but we’re happy the backyard amenities still made for an enjoyable experience. This home was intentionally designed in a classic Southwest style, which gives it its unique character and charm. While it isn’t a newly remodeled modern home, many guests appreciate its authentic style and spacious backyard, which is truly the highlight of the property with plenty of activities to enjoy. We had a great stay here. House feels remote but not far from downtown or TOC Scottsdale. Amenities were great, plenty of games to entertain everyone. Host was very responsive and got back to me right away with any questions that came up. Would recommend staying here for any family/friends.

We had a wonderful stay!! The property is absolutely beautiful. We came to celebrate my 40th birthday with a group of 12. We planned to leave the house for some meals and activities and once we got there we never wanted to leave. We ended up having all our meals at the house and enjoying the awesome back yard set up! Felt like we had our own resort. The house is a dream and I would definitely rent again!

This home is like a private resort. Outside of being beautiful, it has everything you need. We even ate in a few nights to take advantage of the outdoor kitchen. We loved the pool and entertainment options. The house is laid out very well with the master at one end.

Property was nice and close to the things we like to do and restaurants we like to eat at. The only thing is I wasn’t real happy about the owner staying on location also without knowing it until we see a car. I had two teenage girls and a teenage boy with me. If anything it would be nice to know in advance and meet the person so we know who is staying at the same location.

The home was generally as advertised in terms of layout, space, and location. It’s in a great area and clearly was a luxury property at one point. However, it no longer reflects that standard.The main issue is that the home is still being marketed and priced as a luxury rental, but the condition doesn’t match. Many of the amenities are worn, outdated, and in poor condition. Cleanliness was also below expectations. With proper refurbishment and more thorough cleaning, it could justify a higher price—but in its current state, it falls short.A more serious concern was the interaction with the owner after the stay. I was asked to leave a 5-star review, and when I explained that my experience didn’t warrant that rating, I was told that if I didn’t leave a positive review, they would leave me a poor rating as a renter. That felt inappropriate and unprofessional.Overall, the property has good potential and some great features, but it needs significant upkeep and more accurate representation to match the price being charged.

Our team responded promptly and came to the home, where we demonstrated that all lighting was fully functional and simply required use of the correct switches. During this visit, our staff was met with an unprofessional and confrontational tone, which made it difficult to assist further despite our efforts to resolve the concern in real time. We strongly dispute the claims regarding cleanliness and condition. This home undergoes a full professional clean and detailed inspection prior to every stay, including documented checklists and photo verification. We have hosted many guests with consistently positive feedback about both cleanliness and the overall condition of the property. Additionally, we want to be very clear that we never threaten or pressure guests regarding reviews. Any suggestion otherwise is incorrect and does not reflect how we operate our business. We believe this review is retaliatory in nature following our attempt to assist during the stay. As always, we encourage future guests to reach out during their visit so we can promptly address any concerns and ensure a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay very much

We were in Scottsdale for a family wedding and your house worked perfectly for us. Less than a mile to venue. Only one issue with the stove top and received communication promptly and stove top was fixed that day. Check in and out were very easy.

Exactly as advertised

This home was amazing. After the area being hit by storms our first rental flooded so we had to scramble to find another last minute. The owner so graciously allowed us to stay here. The backyard was a dream come true with so much to do. The pool was perfect and being able to sit around the fire pit was a bonus. There was more than enough room for our group of 12. The teenagers loved the pool table and their own bedroom space complete with an Xbox. We will definitely stay here again.

Wish We Stayed Longer

Coordinated a Scottsdale golf getaway with the max number of guests allowed (15). We're all in our late 20s/early 30s. For most of us, it was our first planned trip since COVID. I had to reserve this property well in advance and had plenty of questions for the property management team, all addressed immediately and usually via text. Very responsive. I thought they did a terrific job informing us of the property's full features and expectations for the stay. The listed price included everything in the photos - heated pool, waterfall, gas for both fires - I was really impressed with the amenities at this property. Plenty of room for all 15 of us, although the one drawback (and this was common among property listings in Scottsdale) was that there wasn't enough bed space for all 15 guests. You really had to double up in all the beds to limit those who needed to find couch space or other areas to crash for the weekend. The location of the property was pretty far north of Old Town - 30 min on the map but definitely a drive and a rental car or some pre-arranged transportation is absolutely recommended. We found it impossible to call or schedule Ubers/Lyfts where we were - one person spent $100 on an Uber to get to the house from the airport. There are plenty of terrific golf courses nearby, but plan accordingly for logistics. Keurig coffee was included in the stay, though there were limited mugs. Good amount of plates and glasses, but limited bakeware. We cooked a good amount at the house and used the grill out back quite a bit as well. Plenty of towels and detergent pods were provided for laundry - new washer and dryer were available in the house. Bathrooms were in great condition and the showers had great water pressure. The house had more hangout spots than we initially realized. There were two other fire pits on either side of the house and a full area of horse stables in the back we never really explored. We played music throughout the evening and noise was not an issue, although the property does warn against noise after 10pm. We had a minor issue with the pool leveler but we were informed in advance by the property group and it did nothing to impact the pool experience. Pool table was in great condition too - level and the cues for the most part were in good condition. Stayed in contact via text with the property manager all weekend to ensure we had everything we needed and that we checked out properly. Great stay overall!
