The living space has a soft sofa that can also be used as an additional sleeping spot as well as a flatscreen TV that is perfect for cozy nights in. A four-seat dining area overlooks the beautiful water through large glass sliders and the kitchen offers everything guests need to make a delicious breakfast!

Unit 10 has just as much to offer guests outdoors as it does indoors. The covered, private patio with a small two-seat dining area is the perfect place for a peaceful morning coffee spot. Guests can watch the sun rise and take in Lake Hamilton’s stunning views before starting their day in earnest.

Guests interested in a bit of adventure need look no further than the immediate vicinity of the rental. A number of amenities, including Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Magic Springs Amusement Park, and Hot Springs National Park, are available within a short drive of the studio. Those with a preference for quiet days near home are welcome to make use of the community pavilion, complete with a swimming dock and charcoal grills.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
