The unit was very comfortable and had everything you could want. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, and easy parking. We had been staying in our van, so this was luxurious in comparison. Would stay again if available when we’re in town.

This was a great stay. This place is an awesome get away for 2-3 people. It's very centrally located, easy to get in and out of, spacious, and clean. The kitchen was very well appointed. Aside from a small issue getting in the door (the host was VERY responsive and resolved it almost immediately), I had no issues at all during my stay.

Good location, very comfortable.

We stayed in Leadville to hike Mt. Elbert and this property was a perfect location for us. The property was exactly as listed and the bed and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed.

Charming and Comfortable stay in a cool Historic building

We really enjoyed our winter stay here! Super comfortable beds and pull out sofa, new linens and awesome, thick towels. Kitchen has everything you need. Location is super convenient to downtown Leadville and nearby outdoor recreation activities. Management company was very communicative. Highly recommended!

The building alone was unique

From the second we parked our Jeep we knew we were in for a great stay. The apartment was so clean and very homey. The building was so unique. I wished all VRBO’s were this nice. Thank you for putting so much thought into making us have such a great stay in your vacation rental. We loved it.

The building and rooms were very good. Gaining entry was ridiculous and I wasn't sent a code to open the lock until we were there and standing outside in the snow for several minutes. Even then, the code didn't work until someone showed up to help out. Thank goodness another guest let us inside, where the code into the room did work. It's easy to make this work better and it gave the location a black eye.

Leadville High Country

Very historic. The property was very well done. One could hear the upstairs room talking and walking around. Very quiet at night. Overall, very acceptable accommodations.

Historic Leadville - Historic Condo Property

We love Leadville for the outdoors and the history, and this condo is historic too - located in what was once the Old St. Vincent's hospital (built 1901), it is a fascinating building. This quaint condo is older but comfie, management is helpful. Property is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown, and grocery store. We have stayed here before, and would do so again.

Very nice condo with all amenities. We only stayed 2 nights to visit with friends. Close to downtown. Ample parking. Hallways are dimly lighted but we managed. Our only issue was with VRBO in trying to get location and checkin information in advance as opposed to day before and contacting host. The website kept failing and had to contact customer service 2 times to get resolution.
