- The driveway is long and has some steep parts. AWD/4WD is highly advised for winter visits, as 2WD will not be adequate if it snows
- Your safety matters. The property features exterior security cameras along the side of the house, front yard, and entryway, all facing out. They do not look into any interior spaces
