Great stay in St George, Utah

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in perfect condition and lacked nothing. As a rental property owner I know how difficult it is to keep the property in excellent condition. Rentals tend to get beat up. This home showed no signs of having been used as a rental. My complements to the owners. We may be back same time next year and if so, will ask for the same home. Only thing we were unsure of was the gas firepit on upstairs rear deck. I thought perhaps the gas is only turned on certain times of the year. In any case, we couldn't turn it on. Perhaps we were not doing it right. Don't know that we would have had time to use it anyway so it was not an issue. This property is first class all the 2ay and we hope to return.

This house is ideal! I am picky about furnishings and comfort and this house nailed both. It is calm, relaxing, super spacious and incredibly well thought out. Fully stocked with necessities and even an extra toothbrush (which my hubby forgot). The Ledges is out of the way which we loved, but also accessible to amenities. Pickleball and pool were great as well. We will back for sure. Well done!

Great property for relaxing with family. Close to Snow Canyon for hiking. Beautiful views. Warm swimming pools, which was nice as the weather was unseasonably cold.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group had an outstanding five‐day golf trip thanks to the incredible experience at the Laid Back House. The property was comfortable, spotless, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. What truly set the trip apart, though, was the exceptional service from Dan and his team. They were attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of—from logistics, tee times to local recommendations. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made the entire stay effortless and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base and can’t wait to return.
