Frazer Place offers guests an ideal group accommodation option just a couple of minutes drive to the centre of town. Sleeping up to 10 guests across 5 large bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms. Frazer Place ticks all the boxes with free WiFi, TV’s in all bedrooms, newly renovated bathrooms, split system heating/cooling and a large backyard perfect for entertaining.



The Space:

Frazer Place is high on the list for comfort, convenience and style. The lounge room and dining area provide enough space for a full house to enjoy a meal together or lounge about in the comfy couches. The property features a fully equipped kitchen, while heating and cooling throughout the home ensure year round comfort.



Three of the home’s five bedrooms have king beds which have the option of splitting into king singles upon request with the remaining two bedrooms featuring queen beds. Three ensuite bathrooms and one shared bathroom with separate toilet have been stylishly renovated with stone tiles and large walk-in showers. The large private back yard features a shaded alfresco area for outdoor entertaining on those sunny days and lawn area perfect for kids to play games.



The Neighborhood:

Daylesford and surrounding region has long been considered a special place of healing, relaxation and indulgence. Nestled at the foothills of the Great Dividing Range, the region is most famously known for its natural mineral springs and is home to some of the best restaurants, cafe’s, galleries, wineries and distilleries regional Victoria has to offer. Located just under an hour and a half from Melbourne, the region is home to some of Australia’s most spectacular natural landscapes brimming with native flora and fauna. Getting Around:

There is a limited bus service operating between our beautiful towns. The PTV website will provide the most up to date schedule/timetable. There is also a taxi and maxi-taxi local service which can be contacted. Unfortunately Uber has not quite reached us yet.

All properties are equipped with safe alternative heating options for your comfort, and during this period we do not supply wood or kindling.
