The house was beautiful and the location was perfect - soooo close to the beach and downtown. We especially enjoyed the front porch! It was the perfect size for 7 people as well. Highly recommend this place!

Cute and spacious home for six girls. Very clean and in a great location! We enjoyed the deck with a propane firepit in the evenings. TV was slightly glitchy and one of the twin beds slats were broken when we arrived - since we were all adults this made us a little nervous, but didn’t impact our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Fun stay in Manistee

Nice home, pretty close walk to the beach and downtown (about halfway between both). We enjoyed our short stay here.

Manistee stay

Great house in a great location in Manistee. Loved the indoor and outdoor spaces. The starter on the propane fire pit wasn’t working but we used a match and the fire pit was an awesome place to end the day!

Great location

The house it tucked into the trees in a quiet setting, and central to everything in town. There was plenty of room for our family, and exactly what we needed for a long weekend visiting family in town.

Delightful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and spacious. It was a short walk to the beach, downtown, and the river walk. We would definitely recommend Manistee and this house to a friend!

1. The property was described as having a dishwasher-this was not true.2. Outside handrail next to side porch steps was rusted out of its base. Safety hazard. The screen door at this porch was also broken-didn’t shut.3. Large chunk of concrete missing from front porch steps. Safety hazard.4. Multiple bed slats broken in one of the beds. Safety hazard.5. Bathroom bifold door only closed halfway.6. Bedroom blinds in one room were tied together with a shoestring.7. Tv screen had a line across the bottom of it.

I’d Come Back!

We enjoyed our stay at this charming historic house. It was clean, updated and well supplied with all our kitchen needs. The furniture and beds were comfy and the location was just a short walk to downtown and the Manistee River. The beaches and boat launch were 5 minutes away or less. The beaches at Manistee are amazing!

Nice Experience

The property was very clean and well maintained. We were in town for two days to do a salmon charter both days. This house was only two blocks away from our charter which made it very convenient.

Great house. Close to everything.

Super easy process. Only complaints are no full length mirror and super small upstairs bathroom. Everything else was fantastic!

We had a wonderful time here with family! The house and furnishings were very comfortable. We enjoyed the front deck and patio. There is not a dishwasher but we didn’t need one. I highly recommend this cute, comfortable house for your home base to beaches and docks on Lake Michigan.
