Very lovely place. Great porch! No direct beach access, but short walk. Fabulous location!!!! Overall, a lovely place with an ocean view, and you can hear the waves crashing to the shore from the bedroom. Good sleeping!! If you require hot water for a shower, might want consider something different. Don’t know if that is the case at all accommodations down here, but that would be my only complaint. Water lukewarm at best. Quick showers. Everything else was pretty perfect. Never met friendlier people than I have here in Rincon! We would stay at this accommodation again.

Almost immediately after pleading for a five star review on the morning of our last day, workers started using power tools on the backside of the building to remove tiles. The only hot water for the unit is generated at the shower head, and it gives hot water intermittently.

Great place , beautiful location. Extremely clean nd easy to keep clean. Access to beach just a short walk right from property. Great view of beach from property and surrounding neighborhoods are exceptional as well. Quaint, quiet, relaxing part of town and within walking distance of the Marina at Black Eagle. World class snorkeling right out front as well! Property management is exceptional as well and meet any needs if you should have any!

Cozy Beach Stay

Staying in Ricon for our 33rd anniversary, this cozy place was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful grounds with beach access. Bring your snorkel gear. Hostess was quick addressing any questions we had. We definitely recommend the Reef 2.

Clean, quiet and a quick walk to Black Eagle Beach

Due to the Aguadilla flight schedule, we arrived in the middle of the night and immediately felt safe upon walking into the house. Very clean and cozy, and super responsive managers. While this is right by Steps Beach, we actually spent most of our time at Black Eagle Beach (diving, snorkeling, eating)... Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful spot, listing needs updating

We had a fantastic stay at this place. Very nice unit for two people. Clean, well stocked and centrally located to beaches and downtown Rincon. Communication with our host was great. Only knock is that there is now a fence at the end of the property obscuring the sea/beach view which was not shown on the listing. Other than that, fantastic, we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic spot

I loved my stay. Just steps to the beach, wonderful rope swing on the beach, great spot to set up a hammock,. could hear the crashing of the waves all night long from the bedroom. Easy walk to other beaches and great food options at the Marina. Would for sure stay again.

Great Spot

Really Enjoyed the location and the beautiful backyard area. The only thing i would complain about is that the wifi didnt work and i missed a big deadline at work due to that. And when i emailed the owner, it was never fixed. There were also a few small issues that when mentioned to owner, no reply or apology. So just a little better of communication is needed.

Beach Location

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the location of this property. The unit layout provides plenty of space and privacy with a beautiful patio, open yard area overlooking the beach which provides unrestricted sunset views. Easy walk to the beach, dive shop and restaurants at the Marina. The owner provided suggestions for things to do prior to our stay and had a binder on the coffee table with suggestions as well which we found very helpful. The unit was clean and well maintained. We have been coming to Rincon for 7 years and found this to be one of our best visits, highly recommend this property.
