This grand 4792-square-foot home is two stories and is perfect if you’re traveling with family or a big group for a magical Disney World and Orlando theme park vacation getaway! The home accommodates 12 guests!

- A fantastic FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN featuring A refrigerator/freezer, oven and stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishes and cookware and all you'd need for a home-cooked meal!

The home is located inside Storey Lakes Resort in Kissimmee, just south of Orlando and only 10 minutes from Disney World and 20 minutes from Universal Studios. Guests of Storey Lakes have access to the resort's clubhouse --in walking distance-- called The Hideaway Club which includes a resort-style pool with a spa, two waterslides, a lazy river, and a huge kids splash park. There’s also a sand volleyball court, sports courts, an arcade-style game room, a playground, a 9-hole mini-golf course and putting green, and a lake! Rent kayaks for the day and go out on a relaxing cruise around the lake that encompasses the resort. So much family fun to embark on!

There’s also a state-of-the-art fitness center on-site dining, and a full liquor bar at the outdoor Tiki bar for some adult fun. Order food, drinks, and ice cream sundaes poolside!

Just outside the resort community, you’ll find outlet shopping and a variety of other dining options just a quick drive from your vacation home. Storey Lake is also close to Disney Springs where you can find an eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and lively entertainment. A great way to spend a day with family after a day at the park or on a day off from the theme parks!

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay. You'll also have access to the Storey Lake Community Amenities and Clubhouse pool, etc.

Storey Lake offers guests free parking on the premises making it very easy to get around. The home is about 20 miles from the Orlando International Airport and usually takes around 30 minutes to drive to the home. It's always best to check your mobile map apps for driving times as they vary depending on the time of day. The community is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, outlet malls, shopping centers, golf courses, and of course all of the area’s most popular theme parks and attractions.

Guests must climb stairs to access the 2nd floor.

The pool can be heated in advance also at an additional fee. If you’d like either of these added services, you must provide 48-hours advance notice for either of these options.

In addition, we also provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like toilet paper, shampoo, trash bags in all trash cans but if you require more bath essentials or cooking essentials for cooking at home, you must purchase these and bring them to the home.

All additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. 
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. 
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. 
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. 
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. 
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay. 
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property. No exceptions.

You can check yourself in using the keypad.
